Returns and Exchange


If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise for whatever reason, just return it within 30 days of the invoice day. Must e-mail for instructions and receive a Return Authorization Number (RCN) first. The item must be returned in new and unusable condition with all original boxes and paperwork. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund excluding shipping and handling fee or a store credit, at your option.
Here is the simple process for returning an item to Gem-Fashion:

  • Contact our Customer Service Department by e-mailing us at to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN code must be written on the original invoice. . When contacting us, please include your name, order number, date and payment method (Paypal or Google Checkout)
  • Repack the product in its original packaging materials
  • If the product you're returning included a special offer or a "gift with purchase," return that item as well, or you may choose to have the cost of that item subtracted from your refund.
  • Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express to the address provided by our customer service representative.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number within 7 days of receipt of your order, otherwise your return will not be accepted. Please note a restocking fee of 15% will be applied on returns for gold jewelry only, unless the item was sent in error by us. We do not refund shipping & handling, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise.

Gold Rings
Since your gold rings are custom sized, there are no refunds for gold rings.

Engraved Jewelry
Jewelry that has been engraved with personalization, such as a signet ring or wedding ring with inside engraving or an ID Bracelet is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Sorry for hygienic reasons we cannot under any circumstances accept returns of body jewelry, all body jewelry sales are final.

We do not accept returns on custom made jewelry.
